Justin Barrington

Justin Barrington helps overseas clients to start doing business in the UK, advising them on the most suitable corporate structure and offering them tailored back office support services.

Since 1992, Justin has helped more than 500 corporations (50 of them quoted on various stock exchanges) set up in the UK, offering structural advice and back-office support. His experience in the IT and e-business sectors has helped him assist two world class ISPs establish successful operations in the UK.

Justin represents the firm and BKR International on his regular trips to the US, and recently visited India and the US.

His primary degree is in Cybernetics and Control Engineering, and he is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
